Mr. Phillip Joseph sat for this portrait. I worked
exclusively from live sittings in order to try to capture his
humour, charm, and intellect. Although not a commission, it was
purchased by his wife, with a request for two further casts.
The base is also bronze. This work was exhibited
at The Society of Portrait Sculptors show in Cork Street, London,
1997.
